Transithomes Contractors was founded and incorporated in the year 2016 as a real estate entity and has since evolved to become a multi disciplinary entity in the built environment with expertise in building construction, civil engineering works, architectural design and infrastructure development services.
The company specialises in the construction of buildings, sewer and water reticulation, reservoirs, bridges, dams and roads. It is one of the largest indigenous construction companies in Zimbabwe with category ‘A’ classification within the Zimbabwean Building Contractors Association both Civil Engineering and Buildingand categories ‘B’ for Civil Engineering and Building in the Ministry of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing.
We continue to thrive to grow our national and regional client base targeting all sectors and markets including the commercial, retail, educational, government, health care, industrial and manufacturing, cultural and entertainment, residential and transportation.
